Ciel (Xinlu) Chen is an illustrator currently based in New York. She focuses on editorial illustration, children’s book, surface design and 2D animations. Her arts combine both traditional mediums and digital techniques. Most of her illustrations are inspired by her childhood memories and personal emotions.
